Smoking remains the largest preventable cause of death and illness in the UK, with approximately 120,000 people dying of smoking-related illnesses each year. Those are the facts about smoking, and finally there is an effective course that WILL make you stop smoking for good. I was recommended to this programme and also recommended to buy a book by Allen Carr which is a very, very moving book and very effective, however I recommend this programme even higher!
